Preheat oven to 450 f
Place prawns on foil-lined sheet tray

Soup

Lobster bisque
  1. Place the soup in an appropriate sized sauce pot and heat over medium low heat.
  2. Make sure to stir frequently so that the soup does not burn or stick to the bottom of the pot.
  3. Once the soup has come to a simmer, stir and make sure the entire portion of the soup is hot.
  4. Once the soup is hot and in the serving vessel of your choice, garnish with the provided garnish with crème fraiche, lump fish caviar and tarragon chive oil.

Starters

Meatballs

Reheat meatballs in a saucepan over medium-low heat for 2 minutes.

CHARCUTERIE

  1. Attractively arrange all provided ingredients on your favourite platter. Set aside. (exclude bread)
  2. Preheat oven to 450
  3. Brush the bread with oil, and bake in oven for 2 to 3 minutes just to re heat
  4. Finish with sea salt
  5. Serve with provided smoked orange and cranberry butter

Reheat in a saucepan over medium-low heat

Melt the butter in the microwave for 30 seconds Using a brush, evenly coat the meat with the melted butter

ENTREES

TOMAHAWK PORK CHOP
  1. Preheat oven to 450 f
  2. Place pork chop on foil-lined sheet tray
  3. Bake for 5 minutes until heated
  4. Remove from oven and allow pork chop to rest for 3 minutes
  5. Reheat apple relish and potato salad in 2 separate saucepans over medium-low heat for 2 minutes
  6. Serve pork chop with apple relish, warm potato salad and chimichurri
JOSPER SMOKED CHICKEN BREAST
  1. Preheat oven to 450 f
  2. Place chicken breast on foil-lined sheet tray
  3. Bake for 5 minutes until heated
  4. Remove from oven and allow chicken to rest for 3 minutes
  5. Reheat shiitake peppercorn sauce and potato salad in 2 separate saucepans over medium-low heat for 2 minutes
  6. Serve chicken breast with shiitake peppercorn sauce, warm potato salad and chimichurri
GRILLED LAMB SIRLOIN
  1. Preheat oven to 450 f
  2. Place lamb sirloin on foil-lined sheet tray
  3. Using a brush, evenly coat the Sirloin with the café du paris butter
  4. Bake for 5 minutes until heated
  5. Remove from oven and allow lamb to rest for 3 minutes
  6. Reheat potato salad in a saucepan over medium-low heat for 2 minutes
  7. Serve lamb with warm potato salad

Steak

  1. Preheat oven to 450 f
  2. Place steak on foil-lined sheet tray
  3. Bake for 3 minutes until heated
  4. Remove from oven and allow steak to rest for 3 minutes
  5. Reheat potato salad in a saucepan over medium-low heat for 2 minutes
  6. Serve steak with warm potato salad and chimichurri

Fish

Grilled salmon steak
  1. Preheat oven to 450 f
  2. Place salmon steak on foil-lined sheet tray
  3. Bake for 3 minutes until heated
  4. Reheat potato salad in a saucepan over medium-low heat for 2 minutes
  5. Serve salmon with warm potato salad
SPICY LOBSTER SPAGHETTINI
  1. Reheat pasta in a saucepan over medium-low heat for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Top with extra parmesan cheese if desired
